Rick Sanford the technician who arrived from Interstate Heating and Cooling at my business was very professional and knowledgeable.  He was able to quickly diagnosis and repair the problem with the hot water tank.  Rick had a fantastic attitude and was very friendly and informative from the time he arrived all the way to the completion of the job.

had issues with my HVAC system. Ricky Sanford was assigned to come and diagnose the issue. Ricky was on time, professional and overall a pleasure to work with. It's refreshing to see someone who cares both about their craft but just as much about the customer. Ricky was quickly able to diagnose my issue, properly explain the issue and then provide recommendations for next steps. After my initial encounter with Ricky I was able to work with Alexa at the front desk to get the next steps under way. She was great to work with as well. When it came time for the final solution to take place, I specifically requested Ricky to be the one to come back.

I had an American Home Shield order for a furnace that went out in the middle of January in upstate NY. The ladies in the office were very helpful keeping me updated on my work request. Ernie was a professional and efficient worker. I have no complaints on the work they did. Extremely happy to have a working furnace again. Would recommend to anyone.
